I had a wonderful stay at Taksim Trust Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Poyraz, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a short walk from Taksim Square and the main attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul!

The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. What stood out the most was the exceptional service; the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a warm smile.
