The hotel locatation is good inside taksim square. The staff was helpful. He carried the luggage for me and offered me free tea and coffee. Overall good for money.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! The room was offering all the comfort we needed after our daily adventures. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. What stood out the most was the exceptional service; the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a warm smile.

I had a wonderful stay at Taksim Trust Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Poyraz, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a short walk from Taksim Square and the main attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Very convenient location and super friendly and helpful staff, especially Halit and Poyraz. I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room and they got someone to fix it the same day despite it already being kind of late.

Location is highlight as it’s closer to train station and other tourist locations. Hospitality from the receptionist Ahmed is second to none and he helped with getting acquainted with major activities.

Very clean and nice place in perfect a location. You can easily reach the public transport or walk by foot to restaurants, cafes, bars and all the shops. The receptionists were very kind and helpful, a special thanks to Khaled.

My days in this hotel were amazing, the staff very helpful, always supporting with anything we needed, specially Khaled, I have amazing memories in Taksin, very good location close to the centre of the city, 100% I recommend this hotel!!!!

I really liked the hotel. There is an elevator, nice and helpful staff. We would like to mention the young man Holid, he always helped and explained what was not clear.

Best hotel ever it was clean and comfortable. It was raining in Turkey but i got a warm beed .however , the service is really good and the stuff was so nice with me . Turkish people are so kind
